Employee Training Program
The purpose of this training is to provide front-line employees an overview of problem/compulsive gambling. Upon completion, employees will have an awareness of the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline, problem gambling brochures and a protocol to report incidents to supervisors and management.

Training includes:

Train the Trainer Program
The purpose of this training is to provide trainers a detailed overview of problem/compulsive gambling. Upon completion, trainers will have an awareness of the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline, problem gambling brochures, employee problem gambling, a protocol for front-line employees to report problem incidents and they will have the information they need to each the responsible gambling program to the establishment.

Full Certification Program
The purpose of this training is to provide supervisors/managers a detailed overview of problem gambling, while employees are trained on how to identify and report problem incidents. Ambassadors, shift managers and other designated employees will be trained to determine if and when it is appropriate to approach a guest for a discussion or other appropriate actions. Additionally, consultation will be available in developing voluntary, involuntary or limited exclusion programs.

Training includes:

• Front-line employee training
• Manager and supervisor training
• Extensive ambassador/shift manager training
• Train the trainer sessions
• One year supply of problem gaming brochures, poster and ATM stickers
• Full use of the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline
• Unlimited responsible gaming consultation for one year
