The purpose of this
training is to provide front-line
employees an overview of problem/compulsive
gambling. Upon completion, employees
will have an awareness of the
1-800-GAMBLER helpline, problem
gambling brochures and a protocol
to report incidents to supervisors
and management.

gambling program to the establishment.

Full
Certification Program
The purpose of this
training is to provide supervisors/managers
a detailed overview of problem
gambling, while employees are
trained on how to identify and
report problem incidents. Ambassadors,
shift managers and other designated
employees will be trained to
determine if and when it is
appropriate to approach a guest
for a discussion or other appropriate
actions. Additionally, consultation
will be available in developing
voluntary, involuntary or limited
exclusion programs.
